The spread is not much but the seafood are quite fresh. Some of the restaurant quote "Crayfish" as lobster, but at 10 @ Claymore, what you see in the picture was what i am getting for the buffet :)
Have a word with their chef and understand that the restaurant will change their variety of cook food every day, whilst for the ala carte menu, it's once every 2 month.
Apart from these, they also serve nice crepes. There is a selection of fruits to add on, ie Durian, Peach, Banana etc. As for banana crepe , the chef's recommendation is to put the Hershey chocolate sauce with a topping of ice cream..
As for their service wise, the manager and their chef will walk around to check with diner if the spread suits them. For a small table of two, a few plates will already occupy the whole table, one thing that they can improve on will be, the collection of the empty plates and filling up of ice water. If this service is improve i believe diners will be pretty satisfied with their service :)
